(The exception being damage or breakdown reported by guests leaving that morning when there has been insufficient time to arrange repair or replacement).
We guarantee a high level of cleanliness, and would ask our guests to leave the premises in the same state of repair and cleanliness in which it was found.

For late bookings, payment will be requested in full. Cheques should be made payable to Mrs E Hunt-Vincent.
If you need to cancel your booking you must inform us in writing as soon as possible. If you cancel more than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, the final balance invoice will be cancelled.
